Eugenio Battaglia

Eugenio has served as a strategic and product advisor to Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, startups, networks, think tanks, NGOs, and organizations worldwide. As an organizational ecologist, he works with C-level and product teams as a trainer, facilitator, and researcher, focusing on systems design and ecosystem-platform operations. He co-founded Boundaryless and played a key role in developing the Platform Design Toolkit (PDT) and the 3EO Toolkit.

Eugenio has deep experience in the generative AI space, integrating and developing hybrid human-AI systems and context-engineering. He has also worked in technical documentation, product management, operations, and strategy leadership, in contexts involving exponential technologies, human potential, regenerative practices, and addressing existential challenges.
