Platform Design Toolkit Community Update 2023

Dear Community Member,

At Boundaryless we recently released a lot of updates on our methodologies, toolkits, practices.

Just to mention some of them, we updated the POE guide by including the ARENA SCAN Canvas, we published a Platform Growth & Product Guide and related canvases, we developed the Platform Strategy Model PSM Canvas and experimented some fast patterns to go to the NFX, Flywheels and Go to Market from the Platform Opportunity Exploration, anticipating it before the Platform Design phase.

Community Update in early 2023

• give an opportunity to everyone to propose and discuss relevant topics

The meeting will have a Barcamp format, where the attendees can propose topics to discuss in dedicated breakout rooms. Boundaryless will propose the following topics:

• The PSM and NFX study pattern
• The new POE and the Arena Scan
• The Platform Growth & Product Guide, liquidity and network properties

If you want to share your interest, and even propose a topic if you like, please fill in the dedicated sections in the form. Once we reach enough interest, we will confirm the event (so please fill in the form if you want to make it happen). Upon confirmation we will contact you to find the best day for the event.

The draft agenda for the session would be:

• 45′ first round of Barcamp discussions
• 45′ second round of Barcamp discussions
• 15′ final wrap up
