I have been a strategic and product advisor to Fortune 500s, to SMBs, startups, networks, think-tank, cultural NGOs and developmental organisations like the UNDP, both in the public and private sector. I’m an organisational ecologist intervening on C-level and product teams as a trainer, facilitator, and researcher focused on systems design and ecosystem-platform operations. With powerful methodologies, I bring clarity to complex projects working at the intersection of tech and business domains adopting scalable approaches to collaborative strategy making and execution. I co-founded Boundaryless and contributed significantly to creating and developing the Platform Design Toolkit (PDT), the EEEO Toolkit (based on Haier’s Rendanheyi), and the set of training and consulting products around them. I foster the creation of open business models and organizational strategies to harness the value of open ecosystems working closely with a tight network of top freelance software developers, designers, and domain experts.
