Stina Heikkila

Stina Heikkilä is a multi-disciplinary development professional passionate about sustainability, social entrepreneurship, cities and platform-ecosystem thinking. Motivated by fostering system-wide collaboration and change, she explores the edges between public policy, organisational development and societal transition. Her interests and ideas have been shaped by a wide range of experiences across private, public and civil society organisations, including organisations like the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, UNICEF Cambodia, the OECD, and recently Boundaryless, where she co-hosts the Boundaryless Conversations Podcast and supports Boundaryless’ participation in the H2020 project dRural. Besides, she serves as Lead Expert for the EU territorial cooperation programme URBACT, promoting integrated sustainable urban development in a network of 19 cities from across Europe. Curiosity has driven her to explore many cultures and languages outside her native Sweden, and she now lives in the outskirts of Paris, France.
