Reshaping our organizations and society in the process: brands, organizational shapes and common infrastructures

In this session, we will look at the pervasiveness of the “marketplace” pattern as dominating the organization of new market opportunities. We will explore how technologies help us — by reducing transaction costs — to organize markets digitally, offering such a great deal of optimization (such as network effects, the prescriptive use of data through optimization algorithms, etc…) that applying marketplace dynamics becomes a “no-brainer”.
