This workshop is based on 4-hour sessions where Simone Cicero will guide your team on a hands-on experience with the Portfolio Map Canvas to start mapping your organization and envision how it can evolve.

 

We will run two sessions with the aim of creating an initial map to iterate upon later.

The outcomes will be:

  • A preliminary Map of your Organization, starting from the customer needs, the products, and service portfolio down to the organizational capabilities
  • A preliminary assessment of the hot spots i.e., the major existing issues on your Portfolio Strategy and the key misalignments, key dependencies, and issues causing misalignment in your organization
  • Envision the first key recommendations on Refinnig’s Go-To-Market strategy
  • Outline how the 3EO/Platform Organization model could be implemented in your organization, setting the basis for rethinking your organization in a Market-Driven manner, reducing bureaucracy

 

 

Over these two sessions, you will:

 

  • Understand the Portfolio Map Canvas and how to use it to clarify product-market fit, GTM, and dependencies
  • Have a first Diagnostic Analysis of your current situation
  • Get insights on what product taxonomies & organizational structures you could adopt to scale more efficiently
